## Tracker file

## Batch logic
- `A1` = first 10 targets, work these first
- `A2` = ranks 11 to 25, work after A1

## Recommended workflow
1. Send the first email
2. Fill in `first_email_sent_on`
3. Set `followup_1_due` for about 3 business days later
4. If no reply, send follow-up 1 and fill `followup_1_sent_on`
5. Set `followup_2_due` for about 4 to 5 business days later
6. If no reply, send follow-up 2 and fill `followup_2_sent_on`
7. If they reply, fill `reply_received`, `reply_type`, and `next_action`

- not_started

## Best practice
Use the tracker as the control panel. Do not rely on memory once messages start moving.
