# Royal + J&J OpenClaw Workspace Starter

This package gives you a clean starting point for a multi-business OpenClaw install with separated workspaces for:

- `royal`
- `j_and_j`
- optional `owner_exec_optional`

Recommended assistant identities:

- Royal: `Rollie`
- J&J: `JayJay`

## Important rule

Do not use keywords as the security boundary.

Use separate workspaces as the boundary, and use words like `Royal` or `J&J` only as routing hints for the human.

## Suggested install order

1. Stand up `royal` first.
2. Stand up `j_and_j` second.
3. Run both in read-only / approval-heavy mode first.
4. Add `owner_exec_optional` only after the first two are stable.

## Royal first

Royal is the highest-value first build because it already has:

- website work in motion
- warehouse inventory that needs to move
- a large aged receivables problem from `2023`

If time gets tight, get Royal stable first and bring J&J online second.
