Subject: files needed for the 7-day pilot

To keep the first pilot fast and low-friction, we do not need deep system access yet.

For the first 7-day pilot, the best setup is:

- one shared folder or one forwarding inbox
- one operating lane to start
- the recurring source files tied to that lane

For example, depending on the lane, that usually means:

- occupancy / room-status exports
- maintenance backlog or work-order exports
- security / incident logs
- collections or aging exports

If you send one week of recent files for the lane we are testing, that is enough to build the first owner-grade brief.

If easier, you can also forward the recurring reports exactly as you already receive them.
