# Recurring Report Sources

This file tracks recurring report families that should be ingested, summarized, and retained over time.

## Active / planned sources

### Cloudbeds
- Purpose: occupancy and related hotel operating reports
- Known email subject: `Eagle Suites Occupancy`
- Known sender: `Cloudbeds Insights <noreply@cloudbeds.com>`
- Known routes observed:
  - `/insights/saved-reports/3362`
  - `/insights/subscriptions?id=1899`
- Canonical raw/parsed path:
  - `/Users/bobeagle/.openclaw/workspace/reports/sources/cloudbeds/`
- Durable markdown log:

### QriditHomeWatch
- Purpose: recurring property/home-watch related reports or notifications
- Canonical raw/parsed path:

- Durable markdown log:
  - `/Users/bobeagle/.openclaw/workspace/QRIDITHOMEWATCH_READ_LOG.md`
- Status: structure created; intake rules to be filled as messages/files arrive

- Use this bucket only temporarily until the source is clearly identified

## Standard behavior
For each recurring source:
1. store raw source in a known location if useful
2. parse/extract what matters
3. append markdown summary history
4. keep outputs organized under the source family
