# QRIDit Daily Report Plan

## Goal
Create a separate daily QRIDit summary job independent from the Cloudbeds occupancy cron.

## Current phase
Phase 1 = email-driven QRIDit summary
- scan QRIDit submission emails
- summarize submitter + property + date
- append markdown history
- send daily summary email

## Known source pattern
- Sender: `noreply@qridithomewatch.com`
- Subject: `New Report Submission - Eagle Suites`

## Future phase
Phase 2 = authenticated review-page extraction
- open the QRIDit review links with logged-in browser context
- extract richer issue/security details
- produce a more useful exceptions report

## Why separate from Cloudbeds
Cloudbeds = occupancy / operating cadence
QRIDit = security / incident / inspection cadence

Separate jobs make both more readable and more trustworthy.
