# One-Page Daily Occupancy Report Template

## Goal

A clean, simple one-page morning report for Eagle Suites.

## Layout

### Header
- Eagle Suites logo
- report date
- short subtitle, e.g. `Daily Occupancy & Movement Summary`

### Top summary strip
- total occupied rooms
- total available rooms
- total occupancy %
- total check-ins
- total check-outs

### Main hotel table
Columns:
- Hotel / Property
- Available Rooms
- Occupied Rooms
- Check-ins
- Check-outs
- Occupancy %

Sort order:
- lowest occupancy % first
- highest occupancy % last

### Total row
At the bottom:
- total available rooms
- total occupied rooms
- total check-ins
- total check-outs
- blended occupancy %

## Design notes

### Keep it simple
- no long narrative blocks
- no big raw URLs in the body
- no operational notes mixed into the top section
- no archive links in the executive area

### Visual style
- clean hotel/operator feel
- strong header
- light grid/table styling
- red/yellow/green or subtle shading for occupancy % if desired
- enough whitespace to scan quickly on phone or desktop

## Current blocker
This report cannot be fully generated yet because only the occupied-room Cloudbeds report currently appears to exist in Gmail.

Still needed upstream:
- available-room report
- check-in/arrivals report
- check-out/departures report

## When the data exists
The final daily report should be generated in:
- email body summary
- styled PDF
- optional markdown archive
