# Cloudbeds Report Subscriptions Needed

To produce the desired one-page daily executive report, the current Gmail/Cloudbeds setup needs more than the existing occupied-room report.

## Already present

### Existing daily report
- **Subject:** `Eagle Suites Occupancy`
- **What it appears to provide:** occupied room count by property

This is useful, but it is not enough by itself to calculate true occupancy percentages or daily arrivals/departures.

## Additional reports needed

### 1. Available Rooms / Total Room Availability by Property
**Purpose:** needed to calculate occupancy percentage and rank hotels from worst occupancy to best.

Target data fields:
- property name
- available rooms
- total rooms if available
- room inventory basis

### 2. Arrivals / Check-ins by Property
**Purpose:** daily operating movement and front-desk demand.

Target data fields:
- property name
- check-ins / arrivals count
- report date

### 3. Departures / Check-outs by Property
**Purpose:** daily operating movement and turnover visibility.

Target data fields:
- property name
- check-outs / departures count
- report date

## Desired one-page report fields
Once the upstream reports exist, the one-page daily report should include:
- property / hotel
- available rooms
- occupied rooms
- check-ins
- check-outs
- occupancy %
- total line for all hotels

## Sort order
The hotel table should sort:
- **worst occupancy % at the top**
- **best occupancy % at the bottom**

## Presentation requirement
Use the logo:
- `/Users/bobeagle/Documents/ES-Header-Logo-White.webp`

## Recommendation
Create daily Cloudbeds email subscriptions for:
1. occupied rooms (already exists)
2. available rooms / room availability
3. arrivals / check-ins
4. departures / check-outs

Once those are landing in Gmail, the daily one-page report can become complete and truthful.
